How Custom Orders Work

Hey there! I’m so excited to help bring your custom order to life. Here’s how the process works:

1. Send Me Your Request – Just shoot me an email with the details of what you’d like customized. (franssewfultreasures@gmail.com)
2. Review & Response – I’ll take a look at your request and get back to you with any questions or confirmations.
3. Additional Information (if needed) – If your order requires extra discussion, I will email or set up a quick call to go over details.  I can do this via video to show you fabrics, threads etc.
4. Finalize & Purchase – Once we’ve nailed down the details, I will share a link with you to the draft order which will contain all the details and pricing for you to complete the purchase.
5. Production Begins – After payment is made, I’ll get to work on creating your custom item!

How Long Will It Take?

• If it’s just a fabric or size change and I have the fabric on hand, it’ll take about 1–3 weeks to complete.
• If I need to order fabric or other supplies, it could take 3–6 weeks or longer, depending on availability and shipping times.

Important Note:

All custom orders are non-refundable, since they’re made specifically for you. If you have any concerns, I’m always happy to chat before we get started to make sure everything is perfect.
